01

Read the numbers as ranges, not appointments

Hacoo's Shipping & Delivery page says receiving time is usually about 15–28 days and that shipping is available worldwide. It then publishes destination ranges: 15–25 days for the UK, France, Germany and Italy; 15–30 days for Spain; and 25–65 days for other countries. These are the company's stated guidelines as displayed on 28 August 2026. They are useful for broad planning, but they are not a promised arrival date for a specific parcel.

The official page says that delivery dates are not guaranteed and that some products ship directly from overseas vendors. It also mentions possible delays from logistics conditions and force-majeure events. That qualification is important. A guide should not turn the midpoint of a range into ‘average delivery’, and it should not present the lower boundary as the date a user should expect. The order estimate, destination, shipping method and tracking record are more specific than a general policy page.

02

Processing time is a separate stage

The policy says it normally takes three to five business days to process an order. It defines receiving time as processing time plus shipping time. It also says the fastest express shipping time is five to seven working days. Those three statements are easy to mix together. The express figure is described as the fastest shipping time; it is not the normal end-to-end delivery time and does not erase processing.

When estimating an order, begin at the event shown in the app. ‘Order placed’, ‘processing’, ‘shipped’ and ‘delivered’ are different milestones. A parcel cannot be treated as late in transit while it is still being prepared. Equally, a processing estimate cannot explain every long delay after carrier acceptance. Save the order confirmation and the first tracking scan so you can distinguish a preparation issue from a transportation issue if you later contact support.

03

One order can become more than one parcel

Hacoo's page says that if an order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, available items may ship immediately and the remaining items later. That means a partial delivery is not automatically proof that the rest was forgotten. Check whether the order screen displays multiple shipment or tracking records and compare the delivered items with the line items assigned to each record.

Do not rely on the outer parcel count alone. A split shipment changes the evidence you need: photographs of the received package, its label, the contents as opened, and the order breakdown can help show whether a line item belongs to the delivered parcel or a later one. This is also why a generic statement such as ‘my order arrived’ can hide an unresolved item. Review the order at product-line level, not only order-number level.

04

Correct an address immediately

The official Shipping & Delivery page makes the buyer responsible for entering the correct address and says there is only a small window in which an incorrect address may be corrected. Its instruction is to contact Hacoo immediately. This is one area where waiting for a public forum answer is particularly unhelpful: only the platform can see whether fulfilment has advanced far enough to prevent an edit.

Use the in-app support route or the current official contact channel, and provide only the information the verified support process requests. Avoid posting an order number, address, phone number or tracking identifier publicly. If support confirms that the address cannot be changed, ask what the carrier process will be rather than assuming a reroute is available. Carrier rules and destination-country practices can differ.

05

The published after-sales window is 15 days

Hacoo's Shipping & Delivery page says a customer who is dissatisfied or encounters an issue can request after-sales support within 15 days of delivery. The page also says a return is not always required for a refund, but the customer must follow Hacoo's refund instructions. A separate official help-centre page says products allowed for return must be returned within 15 days after delivery and tells users to contact Hacoo customer service through the application.

Those statements are related but not identical. The safest interpretation is procedural: open the case promptly inside the app, follow the instructions supplied for the specific product and do not assume that ‘no return required’ applies to every reason or order. Eligibility, evidence and resolution can depend on the item and issue. An external guide cannot see those conditions and should not promise an outcome.

06

Prepare evidence before opening a case

For a damaged, incorrect or incomplete item, preserve the packaging until the case is resolved. Take clear photographs of the outer label, all sides of the product, the defect or mismatch, and the size or model label where relevant. Keep the order page and delivery date. Good evidence is not about producing a dramatic unboxing video; it is about connecting the received item to the order and showing the problem at a scale support can understand.

Write the first message in a simple structure: order and item, delivery date, issue, evidence attached, requested resolution. Avoid mixing unrelated complaints into the same paragraph. If the app generates a case number, save it. When support asks for a new photo or step, respond within the same case if possible. A chronological record is easier to escalate than a collection of screenshots from several channels.

07

What the lost-package paragraph means

Hacoo's published page says it is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. When tracking marks a package delivered but the buyer has not received it, the page instructs the buyer to report it to the relevant carrier and says customer support can answer further questions. This is company policy wording, not a determination of legal rights in every country. Consumer protections, payment-provider rules and carrier investigations can vary by jurisdiction.

Start with evidence that can be checked: the exact delivery scan time, location or proof shown by the carrier, household or reception checks, and any safe-place photograph. Contact the carrier through an official route and record the reference number. Then update the Hacoo case with the carrier's response. If money is at stake and the platform process fails, use the formal options available through your payment method or local consumer framework, observing their deadlines.

08

A realistic planning checklist

Before paying, confirm the destination address, selected variants, stated delivery range, shipping charge, tax, and the order's current after-sales terms. After paying, save the confirmation. During processing, watch for split-shipment information. After dispatch, use the carrier's official tracking page. At delivery, check the contents promptly so the 15-day window does not pass while the parcel remains unopened.

The useful conclusion is not that Hacoo delivery always takes a particular number of days. It is that Hacoo publishes broad ranges and a defined support window, while the order itself supplies the specific evidence. Plan with the official range, decide with the checkout, track with the assigned carrier, and handle a problem through the in-app case system. That sequence is more reliable than a delivery promise copied from an undated blog.
